He didnt have much time to talk to patience or explain things. Mental illness can be a very much serious illness like cancer etc and effects the brain. Therefore time to communicate and respond in emergency situations is crucial and he took weeks and months to communicate and call back. Perhaps his practice overbooks him with patients therefore is not able to communicate with patients within 48 hours. He is a smart man that knows about medication and mental illness but also novice.
