Professional & Compassionate
Genna was extremely professional and compassionate in light of a very emotionally difficult situation for me (the patient). Genna clearly cares about her patients and preserving their dignity in difficult situations. MGH is lucky to have a provider with such strong professionalism.

Poor Caregiver
Was unfortunate to have Genna as a PA-C at Mass General Emergency Room. I was in for a hernia and in a great amount of pain. I was given morphine when I arrived, 5-6 hours later when it wore off I asked for another dose, Genna explained she was now in charge of my care- she did not administer anything for my pain and my after visit summary states acetaminophen and Ibuprofen. And though we discussed my pain she did nothing to help me. I will have a surgery to repair the hernia soon, have zero prescriptions for the present pain.
