Nurse made me feel uncomfortable about my conditions. Told me to ask another doctor on all of the questions I asked. Told me my medication wouldn’t work for condition I had and instead of explaining just filled prescription. This made no sense. I was excited to meet this new to me nurse, but she stood cold as ice as I explained vulnerable issues & she just told me to seek help elsewhere without direction without coming near me or giving me further information. Not one of my health issues was addressed and I’m far from healthy.. I left shocked, confused, disappointed and hoping she was having an isolated bad moment I pray for her because even on a bad day this should not happen to any patient. Everyone else was great as usual. Everyone else in office has always been so kind, attentive and comforting. I hope she was just having a bad day and I feel bad writing this, but even a bad day should not be brought into the exam room and taken out on the patient. I hope things get better.
