Worst experience ever
Gayle scheetz was dismissive, judgmental and rude. I went to the er with symptoms of a kidney infection and in severe pain. Gayle ignored me for 2 hours then finally came in my room to tell me she thinks I’m a drug addict (I have a severely painful condition and my regular doctor prescribes me pain medication) and the only reason my urine screen showed signs of infection was because I don’t know how to wipe myself.(I was already diagnosed with an infection and told by my dr to go to the er if it got worse) I left feeling worse than before I went. This visit was the second time I had been ignored and dismissed by Gayle. She should not be practicing medicine and needs to be taught about bedside manner.
