I called for an appointment with my usual provider for a bad rash that didn’t respond to typical treatment, but my provider had left the practice. I was scheduled for a video visit first thing the next morning with Ms. Jelen. She reviewed the photos I sent, asked questions, listened carefully, and was very helpful.

Exceptional clinician. I saw her for 2 different conditions, and each time she was thorough, listened, and came up with a thoughtful, effective treatment plan. These conditions were difficult to cope with (both left me sleepless and exhausted), and it meant a lot to have someone caring and sympathetic. Would highly recommend.

Garry helped me graciously and compassionately navigate insane test results that were clearly false positives (not her fault but the testing facility's), then worked with me to ensure that my insurance would cover the medication that I needed. Her compassionate, kind, and get-things-done approach is what every patient needs in a dermatologist.
