Dr. Gail Meese, DC

I had heard really great things about Gail & was looking forward to being a patient. Everyone I talked to before the appointment seemed really nice & very helpful. When I arrived for my appointment, I was asked for my ID to put it in my records. I explained that I have had problems in the past with identity theft, was not comfortable with my ID being in their files & would be happy to have them take a photo. I also mentioned that HIPAA does not require patients to have anything in their files they don't want. I was then told they had to have my Social Security number in order to file with my insurance company (not true). While on the phone with my insurance company, the receptionist told me they had asked the doctor & were told that for her records she had to have both ID & Social Security number. I was denied service.

Went there with severe back pain. Went through the deep tissue and chiropractic appointments and I am happy to say that i am pain free! Thank you Dr. Meese! The staff is awesome and I would recommend them to everyone!

Meese was extra caring until the second appt. on the same day , which was a consult about her findings on the earlier appt. After pushing the hard sell for her chiro plan I restated for the third time that I was only interested in deep tissue massage for low back pain sustained from being rear ended. she couldn't provide that unless I allowed chiropractic. She was out of the room within 5 seconds of refusing, wanting to be paid full immediately. Not even a look from her as I wrote the check.
