I made another appointment to see Dr Hernandez. As usual, the office staff did the preliminary tests prior to seeing Dr. Hernandez. Then a different doctor walked in & informed me that he would be doing my exam. I told him that I had an appointment with Dr Hernandez. He told me that the office staff should have informed me. And if I wanted to reschedule my appointment to see Dr Herandez, it would be a long wait to get an appointment. I didn't appreciate the threat nor the switch of Doctor!!! Since I'm receiving chemo treatments, I wanted to see the Doctor that had examined me in the past & of whom I made an appointment with. I walked out & will not go back.
