Takes time to listen, super knowledgeable, explains very well, empathetic, and just a pleasant professional that is a rare find these days. Same goes for her "helper"/nurse.

First visit with this optometrist. When I asked for my (albeit minimal) Rx, she literally gave me the evil eye, said fine, and walked out of the room. It is exceedingly unprofessional to be so rude, and more importantly, it hurt my feelings and made me feel bad.
