I drove to Phoenix from Albuquerque to see Dr. Tamburri for a Color Doppler ultrasound for possible prostate cancer since my MRI was inconclusive. Dr. Tamburri is very thorough so plan on a 4-hour initial visit for this procedure. In my view, Dr. Tamburri approaches his work as both a scientist and an artist which seems true for most gifted practitioners. He combines extensive knowledge with intuition. He seems fiercely independent in his approach to managing medical issues which I admire.
