I've known Frank Strong for 10 years and purchased my first hearing aid from Frank in September 2018. His service was excellent. My appointment started on time and Frank conducted a detailed hearing test and explained to me all of the available options to deal with my hearing loss. I'm very pleased with the results. My only regret is that I wish I'd gone to see him sooner!

After being told I am losing my hearing on one side of my ear, I was very nervous at the thought of how am I going to get used to wearing hearing aids? This was a huge lifestyle change for me.
Frank Strong was patient and took time to explain the process and put my mind at rest. I appreciate that he is a warm and caring individual which I needed at the time of my appointment. I recommend
Mr. Strong for hearing assistance.

Dr. Frank Strong is very professional. I contacted him to help my 93 year old mother, who had lost her hearing aid. He was courteous, on time and very caring with her needs. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs assistance with a hearing test or a hearing device.

I I visited Audiologist Frank Strong because I was having a problem hearing. I was very pleased with my visit because he was very patient, a great listener, professional and he made sure I was comfortable. Mr. Frank Strong informed me of my options with various hearing aids. He is always accessible when I have questions and I never feel like he's in a rush. I forgot to mention he has a great sense of humor!
