The front desk staff is rude and uncaring
They will reschedule your appointment even when you show them the appointment card with the correct time. They will say you are late and can't be seen or have to wait till after lunch to be seen. Being worried when your eye pressure needs to be checked they do not care. This happened twice so it's time to find a new eye doctor after being a patient for a long time! First time we showed them the appointment card they shrugged it off and still said it was our mistake so go to Peppermill for lunch and come back. The second time we showed them the appointment card they said, 'It doesn't matter, Dr. Bergos won't see you, it was 3 minutes after the appointment time, but. They said it was 11:30 card had 11:45. Very unprofessional. They said absolutely not, you have to reschedule! It was a Friday so now the weekend without knowing if drops are working or if eye pressure is better. Find ANOTHER DOCTOR AND DON'T WASTE TIME HERE!

Dr. Burgos is wonderful. I see him for my glaucoma and my general eye care. He is always thorough and does all the necessary tests, but still explains everything. He doesn't rush the appointment, even when I can see he is having a busy day.

This is,a fantastic doctor that explains everything in layman's terms, he cares more than most doctors ,is usually on time and has a great chair side manner. We have seen him for at least 5 years and would,recommend him highly
