Said she was “LGBT friendly” but she wouldn’t even refer to her other trans patients by their preferred pronouns, among other problematic behaviors. I do not recommend this person at all.

Fran has worked with both of my teenage kids, a boy and a girl, and is down-to-earth, approachable, and encouraging. She is real, and my kids can tell she’s not trying to be something she’s not. She is supportive and easy to talk to. I have referred others to her and will continue to do so.

She is friendly but unprofessional. She constantly checks her phone and will allow sessions to be interrupted. She listens, but wasn't capable of digging deep for solutions and understanding. She sought validation from me as a client during our visits and came across and caring but less competent than expected.

A quality education and a wealth of diverse background experience has provided Ms. Marmor with the tools to deal with a broad array of troubling matters. She is personable, sensitive to an individual's needs, perceptive and easy to talk to. She is a unique practitioner with depth and knowledge far beyond the norm. Consider yourself very fortunate if you decide to make her acquaintance.
