Based her diagnosis on a Handout in which she had me answer or arrange the questions in some kind of order. Based on how she perceived my answers to be, she made a diagnosis that I had alzheimers and dementia. She then called in another person to back up her conclusions. That other person (I don't know what his name was) had never talked to me or examined me in any form. Because of this experience I am now very fearful of the possible percusions that this diagnosis can have on my life.
