Excellent bedside manner. Great listener. Thorough, compassionate, & professional. Treated me like an individual & considered my specific health history, current health issues & allergies. He has provided me services at Urgent Care before & he is definitely consistent in his care.

He was very thorough when examining my 8 yr old son. My son was comfortable with him looking in his ears and throat. He answered all our questions and aside from having a double ear infection and needing eye drops he made the visit very smooth.

He really listened to all my concerns and didn't rush me or brush me off. He was also very compassionate and thorough in his evaluation of my symptoms and provided excellent care and instructions to help me get back on the road to recovery.

We saw him in an urgent care visit for my kids. He has an excellent bedside manner, very thorough, showed empathy and listened. His interaction with my kids are amazing and I could see they felt at ease and liked him even though they were scared in general. It's very rare nowadays to have and meet a healthcare professional like that (sad to say). We go to clinics a lot due to my kids' allergies and frequent illness. Only few of them are like this and I make sure I remember their names. Thank you so much for your help. Really appreciate it.

He explained what was wrong, and what he planned on prescribing to treat my issues. He made me feel at ease during the entire appointment. I wish all doctors were this way! The visit with Fidel Andrade, PA was very thorough. He was patient and listened. He was sure to ask clarifying questions and gentle before determining a diagnosis. He has a patient friendly demeanor which is definitely appreciated when someone is in pain.

Dr. Andrade listens to patients’ concerns with care and empathy. He is always able to tell you what your ailment is after thorough testing. His suggested treatment is always on point and usually resolves the medical concern rapidly. He is also very polite and kind.

I saw him at urgent care in Cypress. He was very calming and kind and thoroughly checked me out to make sure it was nothing serious. Turns out it was just a bout of vertigo and I left with peace of mind, an explanation, and a Rx for meds to help me along.
