Felicia Steinberg Ensminger, RN

Felicia was in charge of helping me upgrade my inadequate diabetes insulin pump after major surgery to remove my entire pancreas. Medtronics and my insurance had already approved me for the upgrade but I was forced to go through Felicia because she was the diabetes educator at my endocrinologist's office. She single handedly attempted to block me from receiving the new pump. I still have no idea why, as I was told by the Director, Meaghan Kim would be investigating and get back to me but never did and has stopped taking my calls. Due to this I was greatly delayed getting on the new pump which directly put my health at risk. It's ridiculous and disgusting the lengths I had to go to to finally get on the right pump for my condition and at the hands of medical staff, as well as the level of aggravation and frustration my entire family endured. BE CAUTIOUS AND WARNED!
