Have been trying to get a $70.00 refund from Dr. Felicia Scacewater for an overpayment since October, 2016. Everytime I call the office, I am told it should be receiving a check in three weeks. To date (12/2/2016) no refund received. This is inexcusable and disgraceful. No patient should be treated this way. Do not pay upfront.
