As a new widow, life has been more than upside down and confusing to say the least. Felicia has helped me understand my experiences and has made me feel as though I will get through the future. She has assured me that what I'm going through is not abnormal. I have faith in her knowledge and expertise, suggestions and sharing relevant thoughts. I went through a service to find a counselor compatible with me, my needs & expectations. And accepted my insurance, which many don't. I feel very fortunate to have been paired with her.
