She didn't listen to me at all and told me that I didn't need therapy since I seemed to be "coping fine." I came to her to help deal with a terminal medical diagnosis and she completely ignored me since I didn't fit her preconception of a dying person. She wanted me to make a plan for when treatment was over - it never will be. Truly appalling lack of listening and empathy. She also exposed another patient's info by having me use her clipboard full of notes on a prior client.
