Don’t bother. If you have a disregulated nervous system, she’ll just suggest random things from the internet to calm you down. At least three of my sessions were like this. I lost it at homeopathy.

Fayge’s ideas of therapy is very not up to date she has a one size fits all kind of policy and can’t change her ways when that doesn’t fit the clients needs, she messed me up at a very vulnerable point in my life

Fayge is a highly skilled and capable practitioner. She provides a calm, safe, and nonjudgmental space to learn how to appreciate the whole you. She is able to take herself out of the picture and focus on what would be best for you. She also treats you with tremendous respect. I have seen other therapist but none hold a candle to Fayge.
