Questions No Answers
I have never met with this practitioner yet they entered extensive in person medical notes that disparaged me and dismissed my condition on my charts. The charts indicated this was based on in person contact that never happened. The information was inaccurate and led to no resolution to my complaints and attempts to secure help.
