Took my son to see Fabian on 09/30/19 for digestive issues. He looked my son over, asked questions, & then said it sounds like he has IBS. I specifically asked him if he was sure & he said all symptoms pointed to it. He then said we could try medication & see if that helped, he took our pharmacy information, & said he would see him again in a few months. We said okay & left. A few days later still no prescription so I left a message for his MA, 4 days later still no return call. I called again, left a message for Barbara I believe, & she called me back saying there was no notes about a prescription but she would talk to him & find out because they were having computer issues that day. TODAY I get a call saying Fabian doesn’t remember diagnosing him with IBS & my son would have to come BACK in to be seen again! Are you kidding me? FABIAN is the one who brought up IBS, it wasn’t even on our radar! If you can’t even remember diagnosing a patient why would we return? Gross incompetence!
