Although Mrs. Garner was respectful, it was frustrating having her as my PCM. Her biggest issue is her lack of communication. On many occasions, I reached out to Mrs. Garner with no response from her or her team. This caused for a whole host of problems, inevitably making it impossible to receive the second half of the medication I needed. The times I received treatment from her in person, she acted unprofessional in that she seemed grossed out by my medical issue, making me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed.

Won't treat anyone until they have a Corona test for her protection. Real "hero" does their job. She is is not a "hero"

She is a horrible doctor. I would NEVER take my child, family member,myself - or anyone to see her. She has caused a nightmare for me. She refuses to call me back? YOU ARE MY DOCTOR?! I have called and asked to speak with her over 10 times!!! She seemed less than happy during my appt. and did not listen to me. She clearly has no passion for her job and no respect for her patients. She should not be a doctor.

Being in the military healthcare system for as long as I have I can tell you Ms Garner is one of the best providers I have had. She listened to me and was always willing to do what was needed to take care of me and my family. I am sad to learn she is no longer in the MACH system. Good luck to you!

She is the worst doctor I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She actually told my now handicapped husband (thanks to her refusing to do referrals) to, suck it up and be a man. No doctor in their right mind has ANY right to EVER put down a patient and dismiss their pain and discomfort. After over 6 months of being in pain, she finally 'caved' in and got my husband an MRI, to which she just said that she saw nothing wrong with his leg. If nothing is wrong, then why is he is so much pain?
