Awful bedside manner. As soon as I opened the exam room door and had witnesses, her whole demeanor changed! Then when I stated I would like to make a complaint, she rudely pointed to her supervisor who looked stunned and said that’s my supervisor, complain away! My exact words to Susie the supervisor was if she speaks to you like this, imagine how I was spoken to behind that door. I will make sure Frank d’Alessandro MD is made aware of her behavior at his Urgent Care in Cumberland

Went in for my sinuses. Never looked in my nose or throat. Told me my sinuses were fine. Treated me for bronchitis which I had 4 weeks ago. Would not recommend her.
