Telehealth
When I told her my foot was going numb due to a history of nerve issues, she told me to come back when it gets worse. She couldn't wait to get the appointment over with and offers no help at all. I'm trying to get her removed as my PCP.

Does she really exist?
She’s been my PCM since 2021. Still haven’t met her. She canceled two appointments. Now, I’m stuck paying for a VA covered disability out of pocket.

She was horrible. She didn't record range of movement with the proper instruments and she didn't record any of my records. She also didn't review the my records before the visit.
