Very professional. Glasses took two weeks. Had problems with other offices understanding interim services, but Dr. Lee's office took the time to listen and called VSP for authorization. Hope Dr. Richard Joyce's office in Suisun reads this as they are a major fail in providing what Dr. Lee's office accomplished in one visit.
