Erin T Marsh, PA

I've been seeing Erin Marsh for a couple years now for various minor issues. I don't really consider myself a very easy patient. I've had some pretty bad experiences with other healthcare professionals in the past and I'm a bit jaded. My young teen daughter and son see her as well and I feel very comfortable with her. When I had a year long back issue I neglected until I just couldn't stand it anymore, I worked with my chiropractor and her to get it resolved and between the two of them, I got well again.

Today you turned me away for my appointment saying I was 13 minutes late. I was not 13 minutes late. I arrived for my appt 1 minute early, but the doors were locked. No one had told me I needed to call and there was no note on that door so I was confused and had to walk around for a minute until I found a note on another door saying to call. I called at 4 minutes past my appt time (bc it took me a few minutes to find the note) and the phone rang several times but no one answered. I called again and got checked in. Ten minutes later I got a call saying never mind, the doc had taken another patient because I was 13 minutes late. No one would believe I was not 13 minutes late. (I have proof btw.) The last lady I talked to, I was crying and so scared for my life (can't get my meds now) and she literally rolled her eyes and shut the door in my face.

Yes. I would definitely recommend her. She was/is super friendly and knowledgeable. I feel lucky to have found her.
