Dr. Norris is not only an amazing listener but asks a lot of difficult questions that have helped me get to the roots of my issues. I've struggled with crippling anxiety for almost my entire adult life surrounding work/school performance and she has helped me question my automatic thoughts that lead to panic attacks. These changes are a long and uncomfortable process but her compassion and guidance are getting me to stay with the discomfort, instead of my usual instinct which is to run away/avoid. As a result, I've been able to take on more challenges than I normally would have.
