Great pcn
She always answers my questions. Always gets me to a specialist when needed. Never hesitates or puts off what I’m concerned about. Is very thorough with my health. I really like the staff and the wait time.

Disappointing
I went for an annual physical exam. I got my weight measured, my blood pressure taken, and blood drawn for labs. When my blood pressure was off, I had my carotid arteries listed to. No other checks or questions. I had no continuum of care: I had issues/tests last year that weren't brought up, no questions regarding possible other issues, no checks of skin or palpation of my torso.

Horrible
Doesn't help. Just refers you out to everyone else. Doesn't even bother to look you over, go over your medications and just simply ask if and what refills you need.
