Terrible Occupational Therapist. Avoid at all cost
This OT is very unprofessional and was very rude and demanding to my mother. Barely spent any time in my mom’s home (10 min) and didn’t even treat her. I am sure she billed for a visit because my mom signed. I have cameras so I could see her. I am going to complain to the Texas PT OT board and I hope she gets her license suspended. She berated my mother and she has dementia. Please avoid at all costs and if your reading this find another profession

Phenomenal Occupational Therapist! Erin cared for my father not only as a patient but as a person & veteran who deserved the best possible care. She went out of her way multiple times to provide any equipment he needed to enable him to live the best life possible. Hands down would recommend Erin for any care or treatment needed.

Erin is phenomenal with our veteran! She was very professional and respectful to everyone in the home. She was able to get us the equipment we needed and gave us very great tips on things to do to make life easier. I definitely trust her expertise and would most certainly recommend her!

Was very unprofessional, rushed on absolutely everything, and would not listen to a word I had to say. Would only tell me where I was hurting, would not let me talk. Told me to contact her after hours if I wanted satisfactory help. Would not reccomend to anyone.
