Was extremely disappointed with recent visit with Dr Dalton for eye exam & update of glasses. I was billed separately for vision test which has always been included in the eye exam. They said it was not covered by Medicare. I called my insurance which confirmed that vision test should have been part of my eye exam. Currently they have not admitted a mistake and issue is ongoing. They gave me an inaccurate prescription for glasses which I had filled at an outside clinic. When I picked up glasses, my distant vision continue to be blurry. I went to another optometrist to have vision retested and was given a prescription significantly different than the one I received from Dr Dalton confirming her inaccurate rx. Whether she will accept responsibility for her mistake is yet to be determined. There is lack of thoroughness of her exam. She did not do a dilated eye exam for unclear reason which has always been part of my eye exam over the decades of wearing glasses. Didn't question her at time
