I have never had a telehealth visit before today. It was a great experience! She made me feel like a person even though I looked horrible. I was thankful for that. She sent a prescription to my pharmacy and within an hour of our call I had it. And I was feeling so bad I was grateful I didn't have to get dressed and go to an urgent care.

Just had a telehealth appointment and it was great. My internet is very poor; however Erin was patient and worked through the complications and was still able to complete the appointment. Given the huge lines/wait at urgent care, her time given for care was much appreciated.

Took time to listen to me regarding a cold I couldn't shake and asked me if anything else was going on with me, then listened some more. This led to a CT scan and diagnosis of ovarian cancer which was caught at stage one. If it hadn't been for her it wouldn't have been caught until much later with a much worse prognosis. She takes time, meets you where you are, doesn't judge, listens, and acts. What more could you want?

I went to see Erin regarding depression and anxiety. She was extremely professional and kind making it easy for me to speak with her. She spent about 40 mins just talking with me to get an understanding of my symptoms. She listened to my problems and needs and responded with a sensible treatment plan with appropriate follow ups.
