Dr. Erin Brennan, PSY.D

I initially sought out Erin's help to navigate some significant life events. While I consider myself generally healthy and self-aware, I wanted support during this challenging time. Unfortunately, my experience with Erin left much to be desired. Despite not having any ongoing diagnoses, Erin seemed eager to attach big labels like panic disorders and OCD to my experiences, which I didn't feel accurately reflected my situation. She was also quick to suggest life-changing medications without thoroughly exploring alternative options. During our sessions, Erin focused on minor issues rather than addressing the core challenges I was facing. When I diligently followed her suggestions for coping tactics, I was taken aback when she accused me of non-compliance during follow-up sessions. Her recollection of our discussions often diverged significantly from reality, and her notes in MyChart were inaccurate at best and outright false at worst. I hope she receives the training she needs.
