It was a pleasure working with Erin at OCR Loveland. I experienced a thorough, precise, and informative therapy session. She very quickly located the spot in my shoulder causing my ailment to persist. Erin then demonstrated some exercises and provided instructions to me on how to strengthen the surrounding areas, and on how to relieve the source of the pressure in my shoulder. She provided great feedback throughout the process and coached me on using the proper form to hit the target area effectively. Erin released me from my future appointments after properly identifying me as a patient whom would take the initiative to complete the prescribed regimen. I left my one therapy session confident that I had received the tools and instructions needed for my successful recovery. The support staff members at OCR were all very positive and helpful. It was an overall positive experience considering the negative situation that lead me there. Great customer service and attention to detail!
