I've only ever seen PA's at my regular clinic, so I was nervous going in to this situation- NP Rootvik immediately put me at ease once I was in the room with her- she didn't pressure me to answer her questions immediately, gave me the time I needed to process what was being asked of me- she was friendly and open, yet very professional and business like- I enjoyed My time with Her because She enjoys her Career...
