Tactless individual, with no experience dealing with people of different ethnic backgrounds. Learn about different cultures before assuming and making snide remarks, that the individual thinks are jokes. Of course, the staff won’t do anything to address such callous speech, they’re all in cahoots with each other and refute what the patient says, as if they were at the appointment themselves. This is solely a poorly run business, they don’t care about people, just filling their pockets.
