Nurse practitioner is not who I want to see
Erika was obviously out of her depth with my case and her knowledge base. Later I find out she is not specialty trained in cardiology and only has about 5 years on the job. She does her best to project confidence but what I wanted was someone to actually help me and work towards finding a solution to my issues. She was not that person.
