Erica Slota worked with three of our children when they were adolescents, guiding them through difficult times with patience, kindness and professionalism. Her ability to build a trust among clients and their families is second to none. Not only did our kids enjoy working with Erica, they looked forward to their conversations with her.

Erica has single-handedly changed my life. She is so kind and compassionate. She is very-openminded and does the most to make you feel comfortable and supported. She has helped me become a better version of myself in the relatively short time I have been seeing her. Erica has been absolutely amazing with my 12-year-old daughter, helping her navigate through several anxieties . Within just a couple of sessions, my daughters confidence was growing and situations that would normally make her anxious, she was able to work through given Erica’s support end guidance. It’s incredibly comforting to know my daughter has someone she can trust that will help her navigate through situations, providing her with the tools she needs to prosper! These middle school years are tough, but I feel good knowing we have Erica to help us through!

Erica has been wonderful for my 14 year old daughter. She has helped her to build self confidence and access coping strategies. Others have tried, but somehow Erica got through. She really engages my daughter, has been supportive of me and challenges us both when needed. Erica goes above and beyond for us.

I feel so lucky to have found Erica. My daughter was so hesitant to talk to anyone about her anxiety but after the first visit her entire attitude changed. Erica is an amazing person and therapist. She guided me through a tough chapter in my life and helps me reflect on my thoughts and feelings in a more productive way than I have experienced with other therapists. She is respectful of the pace at which you open up and the way you want each session to progress. She always makes me feel comfortable during our sessions and I know I can be myself and talk about anything that’s on my mind and Erica will listen and truly give me the best guidance. Plus, I love that she goes above and beyond just talking once a week, as I am able to text her any time if I feel myself needing someone to talk to or if I’m not doing okay. She goes above and beyond and I am so thankful for all that’s she’s done for me already. Truly the best therapist out there, don’t hesitate to reach out to her.

Erica Slota is the best therapist I’ve ever had. She’s very understanding and listens to everything you have to say, and gives very good and clear solutions about how to handle whatever problems you may have. She is also very understanding that things happen and is able to do virtual sessions as well which is really helpful sometimes. I’m really happy with her as my therapist and she has helped me more than anyone has so I’d highly recommend her!
