Doctor Refuses To See Patient
My mom was in literal PAIN with her leg & scheduled an appointment 2-3 weeks ahead with Dr. Erika Shanks, mind you; we live almost 1 hour. Erika Shanks REFUSED to see my mother that’s in literal pain because we were supposed to come “30 minutes earlier” which was never advised when I scheduled the appointment. Mind you, I called their “call center” to confirm my mothers appointment TWICE that same day & none of them told me to come 30 minutes earlier to fill out paperwork that takes less than 3 minutes. Erika Shanks was available at this time & still refused to see her. I warn you; Do NOT see this Doctor because she for sure will not care about you and your health.
