I cannot thank Erica and staff at NEAAI enough for the amazing care they have given me! I'm so fortunate to be a patient. I've been to many doctors over the past year+, nobody has taken care of me like the team at NEAAI!

This was my first time meeting with Erica and I am usually nervous meeting new doctors. She greeted me with a great smile and that set the tone for the whole appointment. She listens and shows genuine concern for her patients. She shows empathy and shows that she really wants to find out how to make you feel better. I came in to see her after a few doctors had no idea how to help me and she took the time to listen and understand. I would highly recommend her to all of my friends and family.

Erica took the time not only to listen, but to HEAR what I was saying. That's a quality that is almost impossible to come by, in most medical settings. I had a million questions, and she was patient and caring, and offered honest answers and advice -- she tells it like it is, which is so refreshing -- and it was exactly what I needed.
