Not even a rating of one, was earned. Very arrogant energy from Erica, as if being looked down on and judged. No attempt to connect or understand what was being explained to her. Multiple times she behaved as if she was doing the client a favor, by being present. Felt worse after simply meeting her. Perhaps she needs the help more than I do.

My experience with Erica was poor. I had two sessions with her. The eval was basically her just verbally asking me what I had already filled out for the intake paperwork. My only follow up session I expressed to her my main current concern driving my anxiety - she gave me a short unhelpful response and then basically just stared at me in silence the rest of the time. She did not attempt to probe and ask me questions. I'm glad she got paid fully for our 25 minute session.

Very bad experience. I did not feel comfortable and after two sessions have no interest in seeing her again. I did not feel like she even understood or was trying to understand the problem I was experiencing and after both sessions I felt worse than before.

Also a strong NO from me. I'm new to therapy and don't know exactly what to expect, but I know this isn't good. Erica was unapologetically late to our first session, turned her camera off half way through with no explanation, and then ended 15 minutes early. I gave her a second chance, and she suggested ending the next session 45 minutes early because 'clients typically have something prepared' and she didn't want to ask questions. I elected not to reschedule, and don't recommend anyone else waste their time.

She is not helpful or kind at all. Does not smile and is very cold. She asks a list of yes-no questions related to mental illnesses and ends it there. Any other question you ask she says to go to someone else or claims you're not normal. Makes no effort to truly get to know client or show compassion. Would not recommend to anyone.

NO. Maybe for drug and alcohol abuse, I don't know. But for mental health issues, NO. Our initial appointment today was not constructive at all. She made NO effort to get to know me except my credit card info. I filled out an extensive intake form and when I asked if she had read it, She said , "I skimmed it". Then proceeded to ask my intake sheet questions again. Absolutely not welcoming. I will not reschedule with her. She is abrupt and cold.
