Too expensive
I would have been interested in consulting with Dr. Yarnell. He's described as an expert in urology which is one of my major issues. I called his office and as of November 2024, an initial phone consultation with Dr. Yarnell is $650 and a follow up consultation is $395. Dr. Yarnell is by far the most expensive naturopath that I know of. I cannot comment on his knowledge or skills since I did not consult with him. I write this brief review to perhaps save someone else the trouble of calling his office. We are living in an interesting era where doctors get wealthy helping patients heal via natural means. I wish that holistic health options would become more affordable so more people would seek out this kind of help. I will see a naturopath in my area.

Saved my life!
I started to have recurrent UTI's after I gave birth due to the catheterization and possibly irresponsible antibiotic use by the hospital. At about two months postpartum I got a UTI that just wouldn't go away. I couldn't work, couldn't take care of my baby and was suffering multiple panic attacks from the acute pain that no one could heal. After seeing multiple doctors, multiple rounds of different antibiotics, inconclusive urinalysis and cultures, enduring multiple procedures including a cystoscopy with fulguration (suffering for 8 months total), I stumbled upon Dr Yarnell as a referral from my herbalist who had exhausted all her remedies. With his guidance and safe herbal remedies I was able to slowly climb out of the living hell I had been thrust into. I'm so incredibly thankful for everything he has done for me.

Dr. Yarnell is unsurpassed
I have been consulting regularly with Dr. Yarnell for about five years. I originally contacted him because I have prostate cancer but now we cover a wide range of topics. I can state unequivocally that Dr. Yarnell is the finest doctor, including naturopathic and traditional doctors, that I have ever had. His breadth of knowledge is unsurpassed, and his demeanor and manner could not be better. He is professional but also warm and personable. I am thoroughly pleased and satisfied with him. I could not possibly recommend him more highly.

Dr Yarnell is caring and kind. I will wait to see if his treatments work but so far I appreciate a Dr. who cares about his patients more than he cares about money.

I met Dr. Yarnell in 2017. He has been treating me and basically cured me from a yeast food allergy that caused Crohn's symptoms for many years before I found him. He is the perfect doctor as he listens to you, ask questions about your food habits, makes diagnoses through state of the art testing and understands how our bodies work as a whole, not as independent systems. His naturopathic treatments are based on science and the power of our bodies to heal! I will recommend him forever!!

Dr. Yarnell is treating me for IgA nephropathy. He is highly knowledgeable and straddles both worlds of Naturopathic and Western medicine. I receive more thorough care from him than from my insurance paid physicians because he addresses the whole body and the triggers for this disease. For example, because Western medical nephrologists opine that there is no way to completely eliminate an IgA patient’s leak of protein into the bladder, they don't treat for it beyond prescribing high blood pressure medicine. As a result, my prognosis is about 20 years until kidney failure. In contrast, Dr. Yarnell has successfully worked with patients like me to resolve diet and environmental triggers that cause protein leaks to the bladder. So with Dr. Yarnell’s care, I have significantly greater odds of living longer and with better quality. Additionally, he has helped me to boost my immune system and optimize other body functions, hence his holistic approach. Dr. Yarnell is, hands down, the best.

I called up Dr. Yarnell to see if he would be willing to take my case over the phone, since I am in Colorado. At the time I called him my eGFR was at 16. My kidney doctor had me go to Dialysis training with the expectation that I would soon be on Dialysis shortly. After discussing my situation and case with Dr. Yarnell, he felt confident that we could reverse and improve the state of my kidneys. He prescribed a couple of tinctures for me, which I took religiously. In November, my eGFR had increased to 18 and (now) at the end of February, it increased to 21. My kidney doctor was surprised to see my results. I meet with him at the end of February and he told me he had planned to put me on Dialysis. However, since not only had my kidney stabilized, but it had improved. Yahoo! Being under Dr. Yarnell's care has dramatically impacted my life and the qualify of my life.

Dr. Yarnell has a lot of knowledge when dealing with the kidneys. He is helpful and understanding of your concerns and is able to answer questions that the conventional nephrologists can't. I've been able to better understand my IgAN condition and am managing it with Dr. Yarnell's help. I would recommend him to anyone with kidney disease.

We are working with Dr. Yarnell on our child with Spinda Bifida. SB is very tricky to treat and one of the most important parts of treatment is bladder and bowel control. We are thrilled to be working with a doctor who recommends natural remedies rather than just drugs and surgery. During our appointments Dr. Yarnell answered all our questions and gave us all the time we needed. We are very happy with the progress our child is making under Dr. Yarnell's guidance. We highly recommend him!
