This review is not about the doctor Eric Wood himself. This review pertains to the office and receptionists. My grandmother regularly visits doctor Wood and she likes him very well. During a previous visit, we went ahead and scheduled her next appointment date and time. The lady at the desk handed me a card that SHE had written the date and time of my grandmother's next appointment. It said Tuesday, November 19th at 2:30pm. My grandmother and I arrived a little early that day at 2pm. We approached the lady behind the desk, we let her know our name and that we were here for my grandma's 2:30 appointment. She looked on her computer screen and informed us that our appointment was YESTERDAY. I said I was sure our appointment was today because I have the schedule card she had previously filled out for me to keep as a reminder. I presented it to her. She looked at it in disgust. She was unapologetic and very rude. We did not get to see Doctor Wood that day and had to reschedule. Very Rude!
