On 8/12 I called to cancel an appt I had for 8/14 because I had to schedule an appt for one of my kids I couldn't get any other time to move them school districts. Only after I cancelled that appt was I told Stakebake is leaving Ogden Clinic at the end of the month and I'd have to find a new neurologist on my own but the clinic would refill my meds for a year. Apparently it's not customary to send notice to their patients 90 days out of leaving a practice that they'd need to find a new provider. This is very poor practice and unacceptable!

Excellent. He took his time with me and had a very good bedside manner. He explained options very well and handled my difficult Issues graciously.

Terrible follow up. Never called with test results. Had to reach out multiple times. Had concerns with some results. Was told he couldn't talk to me about them over phone. That I had to wait for follow up appointment 2 months away after already waiting 5 months for initial appointment. Ridiculous!!!

I’ve had a few neurologists, but Eric is Thebes beat by far. His bedside manner is wonderful and puts me at ease. He recommends various ways to solve my issues and is truly concerned with my health. Whenever possible, I recommend him as a neurologist.

If you are looking for Botox treatments then he is the guy to see. I took my 18 year old daughter to see him and we were there for hours. He didn’t listen to what our needs were because he was trying to sell Botox over and over. His staff also didn’t listen. He referred us to have cognitive therapy and when the counselor called to set up the appointment he said he didn’t help people with headaches. The office is 100% about Botox, in fact he mentioned it 8 times even though we said no.

Never before have I had a specialist who take his time and really go through my health issues. I really feel liked he genuinely cares about me as a patient. He is very thorough with his exams. I have only had to wait a couple of times and that is ok, I don't mind at all. He is taking the proper time with his patients. Both and coworker and I go to see him and we both talk about how amazing he is!

Excellent - thoughtful, gentle, considerate, Eric Stakebake takes the time to get to the root of problems and figure out how he and his office can best help patients. He takes the time you need to get the results you need.

He always takes time to hear you, and try's to find a solution for that particular issue. I've been going to him several years and I'm confident my care is top notch.

Eric Stakebake is a very kind and caring dr..7 years of seizures with no hope till Eric came to Ogden clinic and because of him and his nurse I've been seizure free for 3 months!! There are really no words to describe the way I honestly feel except for blessed to have him as my doctor!! So if your looking for a great doc he's your man!!
