At first I was unsure about going to a chiropractor but I had no other alternative but surgery. The office location was easy to get to. The staff was very friendly and when I met Dr. Poole I felt very at ease with him. He was very throughout with his exam and genuinely listened to my health concerns. After one adjustment the pain went from an 8 to a 4. After 2 weeks the hump in my back started to disappear and in 4 weeks it was gone, and so was the pain. I would recommend Dr. Poole!

Very unsatisfied with the provider. I saw him once and he was in a bad mood it seemed like. He was short with answers and did not listen to my concerns as to what or how I was feeling. I went back a second time thinking that he was just having a bad day, but nope, I was wrong. He gave me attitude and while performing my adjustment it hurt my lower back even worse. I had to go see a different doctor who by the way was excellent. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!!!
