I came into West Hills ER to get an X-ray of my leg. I had an awful fall off my bike and could barely walk. During the examination, he had looked at my leg and at one point put pressure on my knee. I had explained it hurt along with my ankle and hip.He sent me to X-ray. I assumed he had ordered an X-ray of my entire leg since everything hurt and my entire leg was black and blue.He did not. He only did the hip and ankle and skipped my knee altogether. I did not know this at the time.He came back in and said everything was fine, no fractures and to just take it easy. He sent me out walking which was extremely painful.Days later, I ended up getting an MRI due to the pain and was told not to walk at all because I had a fractured tibia plateau. He failed to X-ray the entire leg and as a result of that I walked on it for another 5 days. I should have had surgery ASAP. I suffered from his misdiagnosis and mistake.
