One of my worst experiences with a medical professional (and I’ve had a few). Didn’t listen to a word a said and refused to test me for the flu but took a urine sample with no explanation. I was appalled when I read his care notes afterward. Noted that I “admitted to eating chicken two hours before symptoms began”... which is absurd considering I’m a vegetarian. He wrote me off before we even began. No clue why he is in this profession when he doesn’t give a damn. Thanks for literally nothing.

Do not come here unless you are looking to wait for an hour until you see him. I waited in the waiting room for about 20 mins then in the exam room for another 40. What is point of making an appointment if you can't keep up with them?

I went to get prescriptions updated. He & the nurse assistant said they sent in my prescriptions. I then went the weekend without medications since he did not insure my prescriptions were called in to the pharmacy. He is not a competent PA.

PA Fergen was professional , pleasant and thorough. He spent enough time with me to answer my questions and deal with my problems. I was happy to have seen him and will probably be seeing him again. His assistant Adrian was also pleasant and professional. Thanks for a pleasant experience.
