Eric Bash, PA-C

HORRIBLE patient care. They flat out do not have enough providers. Even when you schedule with a provider (I "see" Josh Richards DO whose profile sounds great), they will dump you on the PA and then treat you like a new patient every time because they frequently switch PA's. Do NOT recommend Eric Bash or Josh Richards and their head of clinical team Cindy Fuentes does not assist either. Their phone system says to call 2 weeks in advance for refills, but then they ignore any calls you make during that 2 week time and call you back on Day 14 saying "oopsies, I know you have an appointment in less than 2 weeks already scheduled, but we want to see you again before we refill anything" - even though I've never had a refill completed through them. Completely unaccommodating, inflexible, and will punish the patient for their own providers not following through on their policies and procedures. They were quick to schedule an initial appointment and their phone and app system says how you

He is one of the most caring physicians I have met! From the very first encounter, he demonstrated and created an atmosphere of valuing the person that I am and not just a patient for both my husband and I.

I would highly recommend Eric Bash to anyone and everyone. I have never had a doctor so tentative and caring. He really made me realize there are health care professionals out there that care for their patients. He was so knowledgable and took time to evaluate me. I will never use anyone else.
