Erdenesuren Jambal, NP

I went to the Columbia Heights location for a UTI test with Erika Jambal. After waiting 5 days I called to check on my results and they told me that my urine sample had not been submitted. It was lost. I expressed my concern and she told me to come back in and retake my test. She ensured me that she would put an emergency label on my test so that it will come quickly because of the mistake that was made before. It's been 4 days and I still haven't received my results. The customer service phone line is dismissive and wouldnt do anything to help. I asked to speak to a manager and all they could do is I've me an email in which no one ever replied too. This has been my worst experience ever with a health care facility.
