Totally dissatisfied. Horrible communication. I got an exam in 9/17. I found a frame and ordered progressive lens. After 3 or 4 weeks I finally contacted them about if they had arrived. They had but no one called me. When I tried them on, I couldn't focus on anything, near or far. They said the Dr was not in but she would check them soon. Weeks went by and I returned and they said my insurance had changed and they couldn't do anything. I have $600 glasses that I can't wear.

She is patient, attentive, caring, loving. She takes her time with the patient, and very importantly, listens to the patient. She fixed my eye vision that for yearsssssss has been a problem with my former optometrist here in Oviedo too. I am very happy with Dr. Feliciano. She made my sight a great difference for the better. I will recommend her in a heartbeat.
