Emmanuel Saintfleur, PA

Emmanuel Sainfleur should be reviewed by the medical board. I recently had a visit with him at the Center for Living Well in November 2020, after testing positive for COVID. During my appointment he asked what I wanted him to do? I told him I tested positive and I was advised to follow up with my primary doctor for assistance. His response was, COVID isn't curable and there was nothing he could help me with. He felt I wasted his time by scheduling an appointment. This PA showed little empathy, he provided no direction on what symptoms to look out for or when to contact emergency services. I went to a different provider who explained basic steps I should follow and provided my family and I with instructions on quarantining and over the counter medications to help with certain symptoms. If Disney's Center for Livingwell continues with this PA, I afraid lives will be severely impacted.

This Physician Assistant should be reviewed by the state medical board for ineptness and lack of performance and amend his compensation to lower it compared to his peers. My mother recently visited the Rosen Medical Center in Orlando, FL for an eye infection. The PA misdiagnosed the Stye infection by telling her it was Conjunctivitis. Emmanuel did not perform any lab exam, test or even a swab of the infection, instead he simply looked at her and told her it was Conjunctivitis without any kind of testing and gave her the wrong medication. She tried to correct him and he argued w/ her not to correct him. This PA misdiagnosed and mistreated my mother's eye infection while displaying lack of patient concern and well-being and potentially putting her health in danger and giving her the wrong medication. She had to go to a different provider to have it properly diagnosed and treated. Poor concern & explanation for patient Wrong diagnosis & medication Poor sensitivity to patient needs
